What You’ll Do

Perform B-level and A-level repairs, including brakes, suspension, differential, and drivetrain systems.

Diagnose and repair complex diesel (including common rail fuel systems) and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

Complete major engine repairs, including head gaskets, timing components, and internal assemblies.

Accurately record all work performed in Tekmetric software.

Communicate effectively with advisors and teammates for accurate diagnostics and repair planning.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace.

Mentor entry-level and mid-level technicians for additional bonus opportunities!

Minimum Qualifications (B2 Level)

2–4 ASE Certifications minimum; strong working knowledge of suspension, brakes, and drivetrain systems.

Ability to diagnose drivability issues and perform medium-level electrical/mechanical diagnostics.

Experience using Tekmetric or similar repair-order software.

Must bring your own core toolset (specialty tools can be earned through our tool advancement program).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications (A3-Level or In Progress)

6+ ASE Certifications or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Expertise in diesel systems (DEF, DPF, turbocharging, fuel delivery).

Proven skill in complex engine and electrical diagnostics.

Consistent 75%+ productivity output, aligned with current industry benchmarks.

Familiarity with hybrid systems or performance tuning is a plus.

Interview Process

Phone Screening (20 minutes) – brief conversation about your background and goals.

In-Person Interview (45 minutes) – meet with shop leadership, tour the facility, and discuss technical experience.

Take-Home Assignment + Final Interview (45 minutes) – short diagnostic or case study to assess thought process, followed by final discussion.

Reference Checks + Offer – final verification before onboarding.
